Hello, I'm Janis. In my earlier years, I competed in professional sports for a span of 5 years.

From 2012 until 2023, I dedicated my time to working at a CrossFit gym, gaining valuable insights and understanding what works best for individuals seeking health, strength, and a pain-free lifestyle.

My passion and profession revolve around personal training, a journey I embarked on at the age of 19. I've consistently pursued learning opportunities from industry leaders worldwide, including Active Life, OPEX, The Brand X Method, Functional Range Conditioning, and other esteemed mentors in the fitness domain.

With 12 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with families spanning three generations, from kids to grandparents, right here in Mallorca. Many of these relationships have evolved into long-term partnerships.

Witnessing how families transform their perspectives and approaches to physical training brings me immense joy. To me, sports play a pivotal role in our lives. I firmly believe it's essential for children to engage in physical activities from a young age and for grandparents to maintain an active lifestyle.
